Come and enjoy yoga together!
Family yoga sessions are a fun and interactive way to experience yoga while taking some quality time to support bonding as a family.
Using postures, sound, self-massage and mindfulness, these sessions encourage children (and adults!) to develop their body and spatial awareness, as well as develop strength, flexibility, confidence and social skills.
The workshop finishes with a well-deserved drink and healthy snack (please inform at time of booking if any food allergies).
No previous yoga experience necessary. Suitable for children aged 3 -12.
